Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This page explains what information this website collects about you, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: I only keep what you choose to send me through the contact form, plus anonymous visit counts. No cookies, no ads, and I never sell your information.

Who I am

This website belongs to Camille Urbano, an online business manager based in the Philippines. I'm the person responsible for your information. If you have any question about it, email me at launchwithcamille@gmail.com.

What I collect and why

WhatWhyWhere it's kept
Your name, email address and message, when you send the contact form So I can read your note and reply to you A private Google Sheet in my Google account. A copy is also emailed to my Gmail inbox.
Emails you send me directly So I can reply My Gmail inbox
Anonymous visit statistics: the page you visit, the site that sent you here, your rough location (country or city), and your device type, browser and operating system So I can see which pages are useful and improve the site Vercel Web Analytics. This can't be used to identify you.
Basic technical logs, such as your IP address, browser and the time of your visit Kept automatically by my web host to deliver the site safely Vercel

I don't ask for anything else. I'll only use your email to reply to the note you sent. I won't add you to a mailing list or share your details for marketing.

Booking a call: when you click "Book a Call", you leave this site and go to Google Calendar's booking page. Anything you enter there is handled by Google under Google's privacy policy.

Why I'm allowed to use it

  • Your note and emails: you choose to send them and ask me to reply, so I use them to do that. You can change your mind at any time by asking me to delete them.
  • Visit statistics and technical logs: I have a fair and limited reason to use them (the law calls this a "legitimate interest"): keeping the site safe and seeing which pages help people. They don't identify you.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without them: it recognises a visit using a scrambled code made from your connection, and throws that code away after 24 hours. It can't follow you to other websites or tell me who you are.

Fonts and scripts are stored on this website itself, so loading a page doesn't send your details to font or code providers. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Calendar take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Services that handle your information

Two companies help me run this website. They only use your information to provide their service to me:

  • Google (Google LLC, USA): Google Sheets stores contact form messages, Gmail handles my email, and Google Calendar handles call bookings. Google's privacy policy
  • Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA): hosts this website and provides the anonymous visit statistics. Vercel's privacy policy

Both companies are based in the United States, so your information may be stored outside the Philippines and the European Union. Both are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and use Standard Contractual Clauses, which are legal safeguards that protect your information when it moves between countries.

How long I keep it

  • Notes that don't lead to working together: deleted within 12 months.
  • If we work together: I keep our conversations for as long as the project needs, and as long as the law requires for business records.
  • Visit statistics: these don't include personal details. The code that recognises a visit is thrown away after 24 hours.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask me to:

  • tell you what information I have about you,
  • give you a copy of it,
  • correct it if it's wrong,
  • delete it, or
  • stop using it.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have similar rights under the GDPR, and you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

To ask for any of these, email me at launchwithcamille@gmail.com. I'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission in the Philippines.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle your information, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
